USA Veterans using their GI BILL for training: 

*A student who withdraws due to military service will be readmitted with the same academic status held at the time of withdrawal, provided the student notifies the institution of the military service obligation and returns within the applicable timeframe required by law. 

*In accordance with 38 U.S.C. § 3679(e), AeroStar Training Services will not impose any penalty, including the assessment of late fees, denial of access to classes, libraries, or other institutional facilities, or require a covered individual to borrow additional funds due to the individual’s inability to meet financial obligations to the institution as a result of delayed disbursement funding from VA under Chapter 31 or Chapter 33.

*Students receiving VA educational benefits may also be eligible for other forms of federal, state, institutional, or private financial assistance. Eligible students are encouraged to inquire about available aid programs, scholarships, grants, payment plans, and financing options through the school administration.

*The school does not automatically renew enrollment, charge tuition, or certify VA educational benefits for subsequent enrollment periods without student authorization. 

*In accordance with 38 U.S.C. § 3679(e), AeroStar Training Services will not impose any penalty, including the assessment of late fees, denial of access to classes, training devices, simulators, aircraft, libraries, or other institutional facilities, or require a covered individual to borrow additional funds because of the individual’s inability to meet financial obligations to the institution due to delayed disbursement of funding from the Department of Veterans Affairs under Chapter 31 or Chapter 33.
