Flight Training for Foreign Students
Hello and welcome.
My name is Mark Andrews, and I’m the Pilot Services Coordinator for AeroStar Training Services. Today, I’d like to talk with you guys about our TSA AFSP for our foreign students. TSA AFSP is Transportation Security Administration Alien Flight Student Program.
This is designed to facilitate our foreign students with their training here at AeroStar, and it’s also required by the FAA.
The first thing is to go to the website, which is FlightSchoolCandidates.gov and make a profile. This is where you can upload all of your pertinent documentation in order to facilitate your training here at AeroStar.
Whereas our US students will just use their passport and their driver’s license.
